At Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki, the safety of our guests, residents, and employees is our top priority. In accordance with the recent Hawaii State Executive Order, Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki has temporarily ceased hotel operations. We have been taking extraordinary precautions to keep our environment safe and recent developments with COVID-19 make it clear that temporary closure of our operations is the right thing.

Trump Hotels Reservation Update
While we continue to welcome guests to several of our locations with our maintained commitment to the utmost in luxury service, in light of the developing impact on travel of COVID-19 (the Coronavirus), please be advised of the following temporary change to our Cancellation Policy. These changes apply to all Trump Hotels.
- All Cancellation Fees for direct business and leisure traveler bookings for stays during the months of March through June will be waived as necessary.
- Group bookings reserved for March, April, May, and June stays can opt to rebook with us within the next 10 months. Deposits will be applied to future bookings.
- All Advance Purchase reservations for stays during the months of March through June are able to postpone their stay and rebook for use within one year of the original arrival date.
