CHICAGO – November 13, 2015 – As the holidays near, the team at The Spa at Trump® at Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago is pleased to announce special, seasonal treatments from its unparalleled team of experts as well as new fitness classes to help guests stay fit and energized throughout the busy season.

As the temperatures drop, The Spa at Trump’s special fall and winter treatments provide a much-needed refuge for the mind, body and soul.

November spa specials include:

• The Scents Of The Season Pedicure (45 minutes, $70)

Guests can allow the aromatic scent of the season to warm them up this year as they enjoy a hydrating seasonal scented foot mask after a deep exfoliation packed with nutrients and antioxidants. After a summer spent in sandals, nothing could be better for the feet than this moisturizing treatment.

• Pumpkin Enzyme Peel (Complimentary add-on to any 60-minute facial treatment)

Skin can feel a bit over worked after a sunshine-filled summer. Guests can erase sun damage with this deep exfoliating enzyme peel that leaves skin feeling soft and rejuvenated. November is the perfect time to start prepping for beautiful skin for holiday parties and festivities.   

December spa specials include:

• The Gingersnap Warm Honey Wrap (60 minutes, $210)

This treatment begins with a dry brush exfoliation of the body with a warm gingersnap scrub that removes dead skin and toxins. A warming honey mask is then spread slowly all over the body, enveloping guests in pure, golden liquid warmth. Honey is packed with nutrients that benefit and hydrate the skin. After being wrapped luxury, body butter is applied to the skin for the ultimate in hydrating skin therapy. 

• Milk and Cookies Pedicure (45 minutes Mon-Thu, $70; Fri-Sun, $80)

Milk and cookies are not only for Santa this year! This indulgent service pampers guests with a milk and cookies treat while they soak their feet in a moisturizing milk bath before enjoying a traditional spa pedicure. 

• The Scents Of The Season Massage (60 minutes Mon-Thu, $165; Fri-Sun, $180)

Guests can escape and unwind from hectic winter activities with a Swedish massage infused with reinvigorating cedar wood, rosemary or eucalyptus aromatherapy oils. During the treatment, gentle pressure promotes relaxation, improved circulation and serenity.

From soothing yoga to calorie-blasting cardio workouts, there’s no better place to de-stress and stay fit than The Spa at Trump Health Club this season.

New fitness offerings include:

• New Relaxing Yoga Classes. The holiday season is busy, busy, busy and beginning this month, The Spa at Trump offers two new classes for yogis to unwind this winter – Aromatherapy Yoga on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. and Candlelight Yoga on Thursdays at 7 p.m. Both classes incorporate traditional yoga practices in a relaxing and mind-clearing environment. Classes are free for members or $30 per person.
• Give Thanks for Creative Cardio. The Halloween candy may be long gone, but the next indulgent holiday is just around the corner! In preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday, join the fitness team at The Spa at Trump Health Club for a day of comprehensive fitness programs on the days preceding and following the holiday: 

• Thursday, November 26: Be a Beast before the Feast – 8 to 11a.m.

  • 8am – Strength/Cycle/Core Chisel
  • 9am – Strength/Cycle/Dance
  • 10am – Strength/Cycle/Cardio WERQ
• Friday, November 27: Burn the Bird – 9 a.m. to noon

  • 9am – Cycle/ Core Chisel

  • 10am – HIIT Yoga or Strong Flow Yoga/ Cardio Dance

  • 11am – Yoga/Strength and conditioning

The cost for each class is $30 and all proceeds go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. For those participating in both classes, the cost is $50, which also includes a complimentary class at a later date or a personal training session at The Spa at Trump Health Club.
