• Achieve Physical and Mental Health at The Spa at Trump

No matter your 2016 goals, The Spa at Trump Health Club offers something for everyone with a variety of exercise and fitness classes including soothing yoga, cardio-pumping workouts, swimming, and energetic dance classes. To view January’s group fitness class schedule, with classes offered seven days per week, click here. The Spa at Trump Health Club also offers private personal training sessions led by a team of fitness experts, featuring nutrition-based guidance and healthy-living tips in addition to targeted strength and training exercises based on personal preferences and needs.

• Post-Holiday Detoxification at The Spa at Trump

January is all about detoxification. After an indulgent holiday season, The Spa at Trump presents a 25 percent discount off of the Seaweed Detox Wrap ($132 Monday-Thursday, $143 Friday-Sunday with discount applied). This wrap is high in mineral content and is proven to have the ability to improve the body’s metabolism. This relaxing wrap also encourages elimination of toxins – perfect for post-holidays!
